5I was very happy ith the product, delivery fast. Sometimes when you buy online the boxes get damaged in transit. Both my products arrived in perfect condition. No mucking about sending stuff back, as this was a present for a family member. Thank you.

Non delivery due to the courier
1I ordered ans within 2 days I got a message fromthe courier that I was not at home and that I should receive a message where to pick up the packages. I phoned the courier that I did was at home during the whole day and that tey should deliver the package at my home. I never got an answer and three day later I got the money refunded. I complained with Fragance Direct but they never answered. So now I ordered it somewhere else.

Excellent after sale service
5Excellent after sales service The first package arrived empty of its contents. It soon became clear that it was a problem with the French Post Office. After having contacted the after-sales service, I received a new package with the Kouros perfume that I personally loved as a younger person. This is the only perfume I can stand. Many thanks to Fragrance Direct for this demonstration of efficiency and seriousness.
