Embarrassing present...
1Embarrassing present- Bottle was leaking! Came delayed and original box bent, despite next day delivery paid- thanks for using MyHermes- the worst UNdelivery company.

Do not buy this prod...
1Do not buy this product! It is just slightly perfumed water. I have the big size in the smallest room in the house and even though I turn the sticks daily, there is no smell. Biggest waste of money ever. Never used to be like this. This is not oil, it is water. Rituals, sort it out!!

2All lids of all three diffusers are faulty and won’t unscrew, have had to get my husband to force the lids open and I find the smell is as strong as my current diffusers I bought from rituals store and they were in the new style bottle, I feel these ones I have gotten are old stock
