Takes your money and no items
Still not arrived since 29th November. Your system mixed my delivery and billing postcode now the item is bouncing around Royal Mail. Sean in your lack of customer care department said there is nothing you are prepared to do as we cannot mess with “the queens” mail in his words!! Fragrance direct are a joke of a company. I re ordered from your competition and got it next day! You have Zero interest in helping all you do is spam me to buy more and leave a review……so here it is
