Bought this on a Monday, for a friend for her birthday I paid for the 2-3 working day delivery and it was still not here by Thursday. After getting in touch with Customer Service they explained to me that in the fine print it states that is 2-3 days from the day you receive the dispatch email. I received the product late Friday afternoon, 5 minutes before I was due to leave. As polite and professional the Customer Service Agent was, I was not impressed by the loophole in regards to delivery. Hope no-one else has this issue in the future.
