Not received product
1I purchased a perfume on the 09/12/2020 and I still haven’t received the product. The tracking number I was given said the product was delivered how ever it wasn’t, I went down to the Royal Mail office and they said they hadn’t received it. I’ve put in a complaint with Royal Mail which is what Fragrance direct advised me to do but still. No product received.
