Paradise...lost!!!!
Well this was the biggest disappointment since i realised i'd not won the lottery..no but in all seriousness, this perfume just does not smell the same as it used to be..ok i started wearing it in the 90's but it had such a beautiful aquatic ozone kind of depth to it and a bit of sparkle and it was truly lovely bk then, but as i totally trust fragrance direct and believe in good faith the site is 100% genuine and they aren't selling dupes or fakes, all i can assume is that this has been re formulated and it ain't all that anymore..It's got some musky fake creamy sickly ingredient to it now and although i'm no spring chicken myself, even i thought this reminded me of a very old fashioned very heavy cloying aroma that lingered and lingered to the point i was nauseous and had to wash it off.Its got a synethetic creamy?horribleness to it that i have now picked up in EL's Beautiful and also horror of horror, my once favourite Spellbound as well..They never smelt like this at all and i know that my nose is still intact and isn't stuffed up or anything like that but maybe these days a syntheticness is added as the ingredients are too expensive to make the original anymore.Who knows but im a savvy lady who knows her high end perfumes and this is a poor interpretation of a once wonderful perfume.sorry estee but please do something about these horrible changes..3 out of 10 and thats being generous..
