Bad customer service
1My perfume never came I got an empty envelope and it took me several emails to get my money back! Not good at all will never buy again from them! They didn’t fully refund so I paid postage and never got it! Total price was £52.00 but I got £49 back price of perfume only!

Old time favourite
5This perfume is light and fresh but lasts all day. It's one of my all time favourites. I always check out Fragrance Direct before I buy any perfume and 9 out of 10 times they're usually cheaper. I've been buying from them for years and will continue to do so.

5Brought as a gift for my sister, she loves it. The perfume must be genuine as I have not had any complaints from my sister. Price was very competitive. I have brought perfume from this company a few times now, I have never been disappointed. I would highly recommend fragrance direct and I will continue to shop with them .
