To use: Use Body Lotion daily to maintain healthy skin and moisture balance. Apply the body moisturiser to the skin and massage it to make sure that the natural assets are absorbed well.
You can use Body Lotion 1-2 times a day. You should always moisturise after showering or bathing. To cleanse your skin in-depth, Australian Bodycare recommends using their Body Wash every time you shower.

To use: Australian Bodycare recommends using the Body Scrub 1-2 times a week when showering.
