Never arrived
1I got charged for delivery of a "free" sample but didnt receive the perfume I'd ordered and was not contacted by fragrance direct. Only when i phoned them was i told it was out of stock, by then it was too late to re-order in time to give as a birthday present. You need to communucate with customers and have better stock control measures so you only sell what you have.
