Failed delivery. End...
Failed delivery. Endless emails backwards and forwards with no real apology. Then when they decided to re-send, item went out of stock. They just refunded me with no option to wait for new stock. Awful failed transaction. A saga over many weeks that cost me time and hassle. Badly handled from start to finish by Fragrance Direct.
