The Fragrance Direct loyalty scheme, FD Rewards, offers three membership tiers: Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
As soon as you create an account you will begin to earn points and have access to the various benefits of each membership tier. You can move from Silver to Gold by gaining 300 points, and you can reach Platinum at 800 points. For more information on membership point thresholds and benefits, please see our FD Rewards page.
You'll earn points every time you purchase. Once you place an order at Fragrance Direct you'll earn 3 points for every £1 spent (excluding gift cards). You can earn bonus points by completing your Fragrance Direct profile, leaving a verified product review or buying brands or products with special points offers.
You can also earn bonus vouchers when you successfully refer a friend. Your points balance will build and you will be moved up the tiers automatically once the threshold is met. Each tier has new unique benefits for you to love!

All you need to do is create a Fragrance Direct account, then you'll automatically collect points whenever you buy on your account, no other sign up needed. Just keep earning points to move up to the next tier and unlock more exclusive benefits.
You'll earn points with every purchase on your account, £1 spent = 3 points. You'll automatically move into the next tier when you reach the point threshold. You'll start at Silver and you will need 300 points to reach Gold and 800 to reach Platinum status.
You need the following amount of points to reach each tier:
Silver: 0 - 299
Gold: 300 - 799
Platinum: 800+
Points will expire 380 days after they are earned.

This should be visible in your account within 24 hours of reaching the point threshold and you’ll receive an email letting you know.

You can check your points history by logging into your account. Go to: My Account > View My Points & Rewards > View Points History.
This will display where your points have come from and how many you have received for each purchase. If you believe you should have more points than you currently do, you can contact the customer service team.

Your product review needs to be a verified. This means you should have bought the product using same account you are expecting to receive your points to. Please allow some time for a product review to go through moderation and appear on site.
You will only be rewarded points for up to 5 product reviews. Please also note Trustpilot reviews do not count.
When you move up a tier all of your benefits will be automatically available to you, so there's no need to do anything! You'll also receive an email with the information of any new benefits.
When you reach 500 points you can redeem £5 against your next purchase. The credit will be added to your account.

Any points from your purchase will be deducted from your account balance once your item has been successfully returned. This may leave your account in a negative balance if points have been used.
No, any previous orders before you create an account will not be counted. You will only collect points from orders after you create an account.
No, Points are valid for 380 days from the date they were earned. You will continue to remain in the same loyalty tier 380 days from when you earnt the points towards it, even if you spend them.
Your FD Rewards tier will be valid for 380 days from the date you entered that Tier. You can spend the points collected during this time without changing your Tier level.
During the period when your Tier level is active, you’ll need to earn the same qualifying number of points to remain in that Tier, or you’ll risk being moved down Tiers.
For example, if you reach platinum Tier on 01.10.24 you would need to earn another 800 points from this date until 01.10.25 to remain in platinum Tier when the expiry date is reached. This will then remain until the next batch of points expire.
· To maintain Gold you need to earn a minimum of 300 Points.
· To maintain Platinum you need to earn a minimum of 800 points.
· If you earn under 300 points you will be in Silver.
If you do not meet the qualifying
points total within 380 days you will automatically be moved down a tier.
Please note you may also move down a tier due to a refund.
